Grevis Beard is a skilled and experienced workplace investigator, accredited mediator and engaging trainer and speaker.

His career, over the past two decades, has encompassed investigation, mediation, legal and advocacy roles focusing on workplace behaviour.

Grevis has worked extensively in the area of workplace complaint handling, and provided strategic advice both in Australia and the UK. As one of two founding directors of Worklogic, he assists clients to minimise and manage the risk of poor behaviour in the workplace, across Australia and beyond.

Grevis applies analytical and emotional intelligence to deal effectively and quickly with the many dynamics of workplace complaints and disputes. Grevis applies a balanced and rational approach in handling what can often be complex, sensitive, confronting and emotional scenarios for those involved. Before writing Fix Your Team, Grevis published the ground-breaking book entitled, “Effective Workplace Investigations: A Practical Guide for Australian HR Professionals” co-authored with Rose Bryant-Smith and Lisa Klug. The second edition of this book “Workplace Investigations” was published in 2018 by Wolters Kluwer to rave reviews.

Prior to launching Worklogic with Rose Bryant-Smith in 2007, Grevis had legal roles as a solicitor, barrister at the Victorian Bar, and at the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission.
